Seized Bathroom Register Flapper Needs WD-40

The bathroom register flapper was stuck in the closed position and that's not good for heating or cooling. I removed register from vent hole and wiped it off and sprayed WD-40 MULTI-USE on the register flapper joints. Immediately the flapper could be moved to open or closed position with ease.
