Restoring My Rusted Wheelbarrow

My trusty old gardening wheelbarrow was looking quite weathered and worn. It was time to bring it back to life with a face lift!
Step 1: Taking The Wheelbarrow Apart

Using WD-40 Multi-Use Product, I was able to loosen all the crusty old hardware without breaking any bolts.
Step 2: Getting Down To Bare Metal

A flap disc on my angle grinder made quick work of removing all the surface rust and old paint!
Step 3: Sealing The Holes

I used an epoxy to fix the cracks in the metal. After letting it cure, I sanded it down smooth with the surrounding surface. This did not turn out as well as I hoped, but was worth trying.
Step 4: Primer

A rust-converting primer will take care of any remaining surface rust, and prepare the metal for paint.
Step 5: Painting

Voila! I knew saving those spray cans from previous projects would be useful one day!
Step 6: Cleaning The Wheel And Handles

WD-40 Multi-Use Product cleaned up the black wheels easily, and added a nice shine
Step 7: Putting It All Back Together

I really like the way the wheelbarrow turned out. Should have done this years ago!
