From my 1984 lawn tractor my push mower and my snow blower I always clean it up then spray WD40 underneath blades and pans all metal is sprayed before putting away for the season everything still looks like the day I bought them I even spray my 2006 ford after cleaning body still looks like new my nabbers can’t believe the condition my stuff is in and then I walk around with my WD t shirt on to drive them little more crazy 😂
