Curling Shoe Sliders

I regularly apply WD-40 With Silicone to my curling shoes.

When I am delivering a rock, it greatly improves the consistency of my slides.

I only apply a brief spray onto my sliding discs, then wipe the excess off with a cloth. I allow the spray to "cure" for a bit before proceeding out onto the ice.
