A Classroom Repair Rally:)Fixing for the Future....one WD-40 Precision Pen at a Time:)

Get ready because I am going to show the most epic repair rally adventure ever! In a world where learning and education is so important, a functional classroom is crucial and very needed. But it's not just about fixing things - it's about teaching valuable life skills, promoting sustainability, and reducing waste. Repairing and reusing reduces our carbon footprint, conserves resources, and fosters creativity! As an education assistant, I'm on a mission to show my students the POWER of repair and the MAGIC of WD-40! With this incredible tool, we'll BREATHE NEW LIFE into broken items, teaching VALUABLE LESSONS along the way.
A well-maintained classroom is also a sensory-friendly one! By fixing squeaky desks and creaky chairs, we'll REDUCE DISTRACTIONS and CREATE A CALMER LEARNING ENVIRONMENT. This is especially important for students with sensory sensitivities. We'll also make sure our adaptive tools, like sensory scissors and stationary bikes, are in working order, providing EQUAL ACCESS to learning for ALL students.no more black scuff floord from squeaking wheels/
We'll transform our classroom into a REPAIR WORKSHOP, where creativity meets problem-solving! With WD-40, we'll:
FIX squeaky desks that disrupt lessons
RENEW creaky chairs that distract students
RESTORE rusty scissors that hinder creativity, including our adaptive scissors for students with special needs
UNSTICK stuck zippers that stall projects
REPAIR bike chains on stationary bikes that promote physical activity and focus
OIL door hinges that welcome students back with a gentle creak...stay tuned as some progress is captured along the way.

The WD- Precision Pen was perfect, I could use the right amount, there was no dripping mess, and precise.
This is how I used the precision Pen:
I removed the cap, pressed the tip against the targeted area, and held down for a continuous flow of WD-40 formula. I released the pressure to stop the flow when I thought I had gotten enough, then replaced the cap. Each repair was different but basically easy to do, quickly and efficiently and big difference for things repaired.
we learned:
Cause and effect: What makes things break?
Problem-solving: How can we fix it?
Resourcefulness: What tools do we need?
Teamwork: How can we work together?
Accessibility: How can we ensure our classroom is inclusive for all?
The quality of our repairs sre top-notch, and the quantity of items fixed will be impressive to see! We'll have:
Quality control: Ensuring every repair meets high standards
Quantity goals: Fixing as many items as possible to maximize impact
Time management: Completing repairs efficiently to minimize downtime
Let's give ourselves a score... with a WD-40 seal of approval! We'll track our progress, and when we're done, we'll declare: "WE DID IT!"

Step 2: Testing...Testing...123.A week later..a successful functioning quieter classroom. No more ugly floors like these from seized squeaky chairs!
