1967 Kohler K91T

What can I say, I love bringing old small engines back to life with my 4-year-old son, known to the world as my "Top Tech." I've been on the hunt for a Kohler K161 for my '62 Cub Cadet project, but when this 1967 Kohler K91T came up on Marketplace I just had to have it! By spec it is pretty rare and was likely used on a Fox Equipment-built snowmobile or Go-Kart. It needed a LOT of work: for example, the ignition points were completely missing! When I suggested maybe we'd have to adjust the valves, my son looked at me with disdain and declared, "Yeah, you shoulda put valves in it." What a little brat, haha!! With WD-40s help I was able to remove the flywheel... unfortunately when I re-installed it I missed a step and it broke! That was a costly misstep. Just the same, with a lot of elbow grease, time, and money, the old Kohler now shines like a jewel and purrs like a kitten! I would never set foot in my workshop without having a can of WD-40 (and WD-40 Silicone spray!) at hand. Thanks for making a great product!
